Race to $350,000 – Manitoulin Health Centre Extends "Smart Infusion, Smarter Care." Campaign Through the Summer Months

Manitoulin Health Centre (MHC) is extending the "Smart Infusion, Smarter Care." fundraising campaign until August 30, 2025.

With $250,000 already raised toward the $350,000 goal, this extension offers a vital opportunity for both the community and our summer visitors to help the hospital reach its target. The funds will go toward the purchase of smart infusion pumps, which will enhance patient safety and care.

The "Smart Infusion, Smarter Care" campaign aims to bring advanced medical technology to MHC, a two-site facility that serves as a healthcare lifeline for over 13,000 permanent residents as well as a significant influx of seasonal visitors across the Manitoulin region. Smart infusion pumps are indispensable tools in modern healthcare, designed to reduce medication errors and significantly improve patient outcomes by ensuring the precise and safe delivery of life-saving medications.
