Manitoulin Island was proudly represented at the Western University Career Fair, held on Saturday, May 10th at the Oakwood Resort in Grand Bend, Ontario.
Physician recruiter, Dawn Noble McCann shared information and answered questions about the physician career and lifestyle opportunities available on Manitoulin Island.
The event offered a valuable chance to connect with medical students and recent graduates, sparking conversations about rural healthcare and the rewarding experiences that come with living and working on Manitoulin. Promotional materials were also on display, including branded water bottles, pens, tote bags, waterproof cell phone pouches, and locally produced maple syrup — all highlighting the spirit and charm of the island.
It was a successful day of engagement, connection, and showcasing all that Manitoulin Island has to offer.
